At first I thought she acts. Then when she could not stop shouting and as she did not want to come into the car I approached the niche and on Madonna`s cheeks I could really see a dark liquid. One tear was still falling down, but the other one was already dry. Though I felt fear I have attempted to touch this liquid. I stretched the hand a I could feel the liquid was still warm. At that moment I had started to shiver. I took Jessica on my hands, hugged her tightly and we ran to the church to see the priest Don Pablo because he was the one who brought us the statue of Our Lady in August from Medjugorie."
   Event occurred on the 2<sup>nd</sup> February 1995, 50 kilometers from Rome on the outskirts of the port city Civitavecchia. Statue was in the garden of 32-years old worker Fabio Gregori, under the niche of roses, near which children like to play. It was a little statue brought from Medjugorie.
   During the first four days statue cried in front of many eye-witnesses for 13 times. Then the local bishop Mons. Girolamo Grillo removed it into his residence. Shedding started also on the 15<sup>th</sup> March directly in the bishop office where four witnesses were present. One blood drop had fallen down on the hand of one of the witnesses - nun. Shedding started when the prayer Salve Regina was rattled.
   Bishop Mons. Grillo literally said: "She was crying on my hands when I held her. Whatever happens I will never be able to deny that this statue poured blood tears on my hands. It is a plain truth."
   On the 6<sup>th</sup> April the Public Prosecutor`s office impounded 47 cm high statue and sealed it in the bishop`s residence until the 18<sup>th</sup> April. People from the Public Prosecutor`s office investigated even the owner of the statue Fabio Gregori. Public Prosecutor`s office authorized a legal doctor to take the blood samples from the owner of the statue for the genetic elaboration of DNA.
   Blood tears of Madonna from Civitavecchie were tested also in the Institute of Information Service in USA-FBI. Tests and examinations in medical laboratory of FBI proved that in this case it concerns male blood.
   On the 18<sup>th</sup> April the statue was returned back to bishop.
   Father Slavko Barbaric from Medjugorie said: "Many people go into the eternal rejection because of their baneful life (alcohol, drugs, abortions, etc.) Many of us instead of examining the reason why Our Lady cries examine her tears."
   Today the statue is exposed in the local church of st. Augustin and became the destination of many pilgrims. Almost five buses with pilgrims arrive each day and on Sunday the number of buses rises up to twenty. Pilgrims come to pray and search for a holy confession. Even physical and mental healing could be observed. For example, 108 Witnesses of Jehovah with their leader abandoned their heresy.
   Virgin Mary who came in a form of statue from Medjugorie to the harrows of Rome shed blood tears which are the better proof than clear speech.
   Bishop Mons. Grillo says: "Now, Mary, is enough of your tears! Now it`s our turn to cry."
   When small Jessica looked into the empty garden she would ask: "Dady, will you bring the small Madonna back again?"
   For the investigation Public Prosecutor`s office authorized two recognized legal doctors - prof. Angelo Fiori (Universitä Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) and prof. G. Ronchi (Universitä di Sapienza), as well as Dr. Aldo Spinella, director of the Department of Biological Investigations of Criminal police.
    Bishop Grillo met with cardinal Ratzinger and formed an investigative commission made of 11 theologists and experts - doctors, physicists, paranormal phenomena specialists and one practitioner of Chinese medicine. Records from the session of the commission have 400 pages. Commission examined almost 50 witnesses who confirmed under oath that the statue was shedding blood for 14 times. Expertise proved that it is the same statue, it was not changed for another one and imperatively excluded any cavities or something strange which would cause false shedding.
   Fact that tears which were shed were of male blood structure commission explained from the theological viewpoint as sings conforming with redeemer`s sacrifice of Christ. Commission stated that the event is of supernatural character.

When delivering the statue for public worshipping
on the 17^th June 1995 bishop mentioned that future
millennium will be either Christian or non-Christian
at all. According to words of father Jozo - when
God`s Mother cries we should console her and we
should not try to find thousands of reasons
to make sure that it is not true that she is not crying.
